OTUNBA Mrs. ADEBOLA OSIBOGUN

Otunba Mrs. Adebola Osibogun is an independent Director on the Board of Odu’a Investment Company Limited. She currently serves on the boards of FBN Holdings Plc. and has over three decades Financial services experience covering real estate financing, trusteeship, retail savings and loans at various reputable institutions.

Otunba Osibogun has considerable experience of boards at both Executive and Non-Executive level as she is currently the Managing Director of Davidfinn Global Concept Limited and President of Consumer Awareness and Financial Enlightenment Initiative (CAFEi), a non-profit organisation. She also served as the Managing Director of COOP Savings & Loans Limited, Skye Trustees Limited and as Non-Executive Director of FBN Mortgages Limited. She was the National President of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Nigeria.

Otunba Osibogun is a Fellow and Former President of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), Fellow, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, Fellow, Nigerian Institute of Management, Institute of Directors as well as a Fellow of the Association of Enterprise Risk Management Professionals. She earned a Master of Science degree in Banking and Finance and a Bachelor of Education degree in Economics, both from the prestigious University of Ibadan. 

An astute researcher and writer, she has published several articles and papers on Primary Mortgage Institutions and Creation of Mortgages as well as on Financial Literacy. At the National level, she served as a member of the Presidential Committee on Urban Development and Housing, the Presidential Committee on Mortgage Finance and as Executive Member of the Nigerian Real Estate Developers Association. Otunba ’Debola Osibogun has attended several executive programmes both local and international in prestigious institutions including INSEAD, Kellogs School of Management, London Business School, Lagos Business School and Euromoney. She was installed an Otunba of Ijebuland by His Royal Majesty, Alayeluwa Oba (Dr) S. K. Adetona CFR  in 2008. She is married with children, grandchildren.
