Westlink Supremacy Court is a Joint Venture Partnership development of Odu’a Investment Company Limited and Venison International Limited, an indigenous real estate firm that had completed series of property developments in Nigeria.
The property, with the land size of 3446.5sqm, with a dilapidated block of six (6) numbers of three (3) bedroom flats; with boy-quarters on the ground floor would be renovated, up-scaled and redeveloped to eight (8) numbers of 3-bedroom flats; eight (8) numbers of 2-bedroom flats and newly constructed four (4) numbers of terrace houses of 4-bedrooms with 1-maids room.
The 20-household in the estate would share facilities/amenities which includes Swimming Pool, Gym House, 24-hour CCTV, Water Treatment Plant, 24-hour power supply, Green Area for Kids and Gated Premises. It is proposed that the development would be completed within the period of 24-months.
Westlink Heritage Court, a joint venture development of Odu’a with Glenwood Development Company Ltd, is scheduled to commence soon at the site situated at 8/10, Ogunlesi, Palmgrove, Lagos.
The 1900sqm land currently has on it two dilapidated building blocks, which would be demolished to give room for the construction of two (2) new blocks of six (6) numbers of three (3) bedroom flats totaling into 12 housing units.
The facilities/amenities to be provided on the modern mini-estate would include Swimming Pool, Road, Parking and Landscape, Water Treatment Plant, Borehole and Water Reticulation, CCTV and fire alarm, Fence and 24-hour power supply.
The entire development is proposed to be completed within the period of 24-months.
The property situated at 87, Oduduwa Crescent, Ikeja, Lagos, owned by Odu’a Investment Company Limited had been earmarked for redevelopment to unlock the potential of the property, located in a high net worth community with urban facilities and infrastructures.
The property dilapidated block would be up-scaled and redeveloped to eight (8) numbers of 3-bedroom flats; eight (8) numbers of 2-bedroom flats and four (4) numbers of terrace houses of 4-bedrooms with 1-maids room with a detached 5-bedroom block.

Odu’a Investment Company Limited in partnership with Chapter Four Estate Management Limited (a sister company of Iconic City UK) had partnered for the development of the 37,970sqm land at Alakia.
The bare land occupied by squatters would be developed into residential housing estate with the following products types: 60 units of 3-bedroom flat, 40 units of 4-bedroom terrace house, 4 units of 4-bedroom terrace houses, 12 units of 5-bedroom semi-detached duplex and 8 units of 5-bedroom fully detached duplex. Twenty-Six (26) commercial units as well as community center would be provided to service the Estate.
In all, a total number of 124-housing unit would be constructed within the period of 30-month for the project, which commenced in January 2020.
The Westlink Clinton’s Court, Iyaganku is a joint venture development by Odu’a Investment Company Limited and Clinton’s Properties Limited.
The 6,673.44 sqm land would be developed to four (4) blocks of four (4) numbers of terraces houses. Each terrace house would have four bedrooms (all en-suite) with an attached boys quarter.
The shared facilities/amenities to be provided in the estate includes Swimming Pool, Gym House, 24-hour CCTV, Water Treatment Plant, 24-hour power supply, Green Area for Kids and Gated Premises.
In all, a total number of 16-housing units would be constructed within the period of 24-month for the project, which commenced in March 2020.
